Kitchen Study Switch

Area: 400 sq.ft

 

With years of experimenting & exploring different layouts of their living room, a yet another and rather unique angle of exploration was to be unfolded, keeping efficient usability at the topmost shelf. With this brief, the idea to interchange spaces, between the Kitchen & Study area, to meet their actual size requirement was put forward. 

 

In an attempt to keep the openness and circulation of air & movement as seamless as it had been, concept of a large opening with a glass partition was incorporated. Achieving two goals in its way, eliminating the bulkiness a solid wall would add, as also the glass partition serves as a design element!
